I would like to introduce my first

Cheese and Wine pairing for the week.   The Red Leicester (pronounced LES-ter) is an English Cheddar. It has sweet red bell peppers and chili. It an intriguing mixes of spice and sweet, with a creamy texture. I would pair well with a dry Merlot, a Rioja or a Shiraz/Syrah.   It’s the perfect addition to a Buffalo chicken pizza or sandwich shredded. It makes and excellent substitute for pepper jack cheese on a party platter. Personally, I am going to embark and try it with Red pepper Pasta. You can only find this cheese at Trader Joe’s.

I would suggest the Montebuena Rioja wine to serve with this cheese.

I would also suggest a Washington State Boom Boom Syrah or a Maryland Linganore Steeple Chase Red if you want a more Sweeter wine.

Red Leicester Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

So I am stating a new blog about my favorite food in the world! CHEESE

! I personally enjoy cheese, wine, dessert, and all the good things in life.

1. I would like to see if I can stick with something.
2. I have a different take on food that I wanted to expand on.
3. I want to force myself to be accountability for not posting as much as I could.
4. I decided to start this blog on my Great grandmother Birthday because she was a big part of my love of cheese and the person I would like to be some day ( this post is publish like  5 years later so … Yeah).
5. Why the name Cheese Have Curves?
   1. Cheese has curves, soft and creamy or (hard and nutty) and delicious. Women have curves, they are soft or hard, a little nutty and quite delicious when you love them right.
